Mountain View provides a range of services for a monthly fee of $1,587 (as of 11/17/2011), but if a resident can show proof of income and other information, a hardship discount is available. Rental rates normally increase each year at least as much as the Social Security cost of living increase.

Mountain View PCH is a NO SMOKING facility. Any smoking must be done outside the home.

Motor driven wheel chairs or scooters are not permitted.

Services we do not provide:

• Mountain View is not a nursing home.
• Mountain View does not provide medical care.
• Mountain View does not provide transportation, though we can arrange transportation.
